This was a lovely one night stopover for us in a beautiful setting. Would recommend stayimg at least 2 nights. Friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely restaurant.
Best way to describe the room would be a cheep hotel you would find off a main highway. Room is dirty and didn't get serviced. The bathroom floor was slimy. Don't let the photos fool you the gardens are not well maintained.
Massive improvement since my last visit 3 years ago. I ordered the Pumpkin dish vegan and it was absolutely delicious! They shouted us some bread and a strawberry salad too. Will definitely be going back. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was quiet and casual.
Beautiful setting in the Barossa Valley!! Room are basic, but clean, functional and air conditioned. Restaurant is excellent! We recommend the trust the chef dinner option: 6 surprise courses of culinary excellence!
The picture on the Web looked good, when we arrived it was disappointing!Checked in to a room not cleaned!Breakfast included at extra cost ($18.50) very basic, cereal, a few juices, and bread! Pay $10 more to get hot breakfast, can't even do that the chef is not working! Found hair on the bread, found hair on the watermelon, tea has been expired in May 2017, 1 year old tea!The next day we paid for our room to be serviced daily in our tarrif, and they have not cleaned the room!When discussed with reception they said the cleaners has signed off that they have cleaned the room, but they have not even touched the room!Last day of our 2 night stay, breakfast, no fresh fruit, so only had a cup of juice and toast!When it was time to checkout to advise concern, reception was closed!No passion to run a hotel or motel!Spend a bit more, what u pay is what u get!
